I am almost homefree!

I thought this work week would never end! I am off tomorrow and I leave on Sunday to Gulf Port! It will be time to see my hubby! HOORAH! We made it! I will be able to go to my brother's wedding reception! This has worked out perfectly! I have booked 2 nights at the Beaurivage Resort with a "sweetheart package" each night. Breakfast in bed, complimentary cocktail in the evening, ocean view room. I am so excited. I think we are going to move around a bit after the first 2 days. I would love to visit Florida. Never been.
Let's see... Monday I went and got my hair cut. Don't freak out, hubby! LOL! Just a nice layered cut. Looks and feels much healthier. Had to go to the Penny's salon @ 8:30 PM but it didn't take her long to finish. I like it.
Wednesday and Thursday our GM came to visit and had a big pow wow with the Union and our management. We are starting to worry about the future of our office. Everyone is thinking a surplus is around the bend. I just have to be positive and remember that everything happens for a reason. Maybe that would be my push to nursing school. We shall see!
I baked butterfly pork chops coated in sliced onions and apple sauce. Sounds weird, but it was so good! Just experimenting! I have so much to do tomorrow on my off day. I went and bought Avatar today. Love that movie!
I cant express how happy I am right now. I won't be tomorrow while I am getting a new decal for the van, mowing the yard and cleaning the house. But it's all worth it! I will have my honey in my arms very soon!
