I am so overwhelmed...

Today was so very long but it was nice. Elliebear had her early birthday party. Friends Maggie, Bailey, Macey, Reagan and Melissa showed up and my sister in law brought D & C, the only 2 boys out to skate as well. It rained all weekend. That stunk. But otherwise, it was decent. I found some good sales at Kohl's. Got 2 dresses, a pair of jeans and a shirt and a super cute pair of sandals! I also found an 18kt gold over sterling silver necklace with a frog pendant and a green stone in it for Elliebear. It was originally priced at 50.00 and I got it for 14.60. I love bargains! She loved it. She got lots of cute stuff from her friends and 31.00 to start off her ATM bank I got her. An art set, more webkins pets. They rode the carousel and ice skated for whole 3 hours! Kim got her a purse and a necklace. Took her with them to walk the mall to shop for a gift while I got a pedicure, my nails done and my eyebrows waxed. Want to have a pretty package for hubby to unwrap when I see him! :)
I took my Mom to Sam's this AM to order a groom's cake for my brother's wedding reception. I hate I am going to miss it but I think I will be much happier with my own hubby. I also got more meat and canned goods to stock up for my absence.
And yesterday, Elliebear went and got her hair braided at my brother's house. Bruiser went with her and stayed. Michelle kept the twins and C, Princess and I stayed home and cleaned. I also went to the grocery store and got essentials. I am so not ready for this trip. There is just so much to do on a regular basis.
We keep getting really FUBARed emails from our ombudsman about how people have been violating OPSEC with facebook postings and calling their families. So now hubby's group is supposed to have cell phones confiscated until they get to GP. UGH! And on top of that, there is a volcano erupting in Europe somewhere that is causing ash clouds so planes are grounded or being rerouted.
I have to cut the grass before I go too. Man... I hope this all works out. I also stopped by JW's house today to pick up a free plane ticket so that hubby can keep the car and I can fly home. She is so sweet. Has a friend who donated it to a Seabee wife in need. There are a few Seabees who will be jobless when they return home. Hmmm. Best of luck to everyone in regards to that.
Well, I better get some sleep. I feel a bit restless but I am so tired I don't feel like doing anything else that needs to be done. It's also discouraging that the same rooms I clean are literally beyond dirty again if not the same day, the following.
